S4 Questions...

Just had a few questions for the S4 (and possibly S6, and A6) owners out
there:

Does your rearview mirror (on windshield) sit about 3 inches down from the
top edge of the trim above? That seems to be pretty low for me, as it blocks
my vision while driving...I realize that if it were any higher, the rear view
might be limited somewhat...

Has anyone done the IA (Ned's) upgrade, and how much of a power improvement
have you received?
