Not sure what you mean by turbo style wheels.  Discount Tire has an ad in
the latest EC advertising TSW Hockingheims in 15X7 for $75 each.  Don't
know if they have 108X4 bolt patterns though. Worth a try it's a good
price.

Regarding the dash. Don't think I've seen an older style dash in the past 8
years that wasn't cracked. You may want to consider upgrading to the 85-87
style dash.  Should bolt right in though you may have to think about the
diff lock and LED style oil and volt display.  

Dave Lawson, can you give him benefit of your experience installing newer
dash in your QTC?
