RE: A4 "Better" than an M3 for 6K?
Ass the owner of both a 96 A4Q and a 96 911 Turbo, I can tell you that
the Porsche can and does beat everything off the line - wet or dry!!!
Since I picked up the car in the spring (911T) I have yet to drive it in
the snow. I will keep you posted on my progress. I will be mounting
Blizzaks on Both cars this winter.
I had a 1995 M3 and I was very disapointed with the car in any weather
but the driest days. I was glad when the car was stolen from my office
parking lot.
I have also spent time in a 96 328i while my Porsche was in for service
courtesy of Enterprise Rental Cars. The car was nice and quick, but it
felt cheap, compared to the A4Q.
For what it's worth
