You ought to send a copy of the invoice and your explanation to the president
of Texaco, just to see what happens.  You may just get a worthless form
letter reply, but who knows?

PS.  No way my Audi is going anywhere near one of those jiffy lube places.
 My brother worked for one for a week before he quit in disgust because he
was the only person there who knew anything about cars.  I imagine that
they'd be totally baffled by the underbody tray on the A4.
