Solomon, I don't think the hood access will be any easier; it will likely be
harder.
The motor bolts to the air plenum from the passenger compartment; as I
remember
you don't have the access room to twist it out through the engine
compartment.
However, i ahve never done it this way; maybe somebody has.

 I am thinking of using someone's approach of accessing the blower 
 from the firewall side (under the hood).
