Quattro list members were inquiring about a group purchase of 
Valentine units.  I'm on the phone with Valentine right now.

While at CM, Mike instituted a group discount, but 
they no longer offer this at Valentine due to problems 
with the program.

What they do offer is a discount on returned units, which
usually fall into 2 categories:

- unwanted gift (wife says no, too expensive!)
- "vacation renters" who take advantage of the 30 day policy

So the prices are as follows:

unit with laser $399 new, $359 returned
non-laser 	$329 new, $296 returned
remote display  $69 new,  $62  returned

They also now carry an adaptor for $49 that does various things,
among them it provides an earphone jack for motorcycle use.
