Even the non-turbo 100Q specs a V-rated tire. Don't worry about it.

The H rated are perfectly fine for any speed you'll be doing. The
main difference is stickiness and sidewall stiffness. The D60A2s
are fine in both departments.

BTW, I got mine for $67 at NTW, by showing them the Tire Rack ad.
