Yes and no. Unfortunately, the original exhaust parts on the car are
NOT Lifetime. However, if you purchase the REPLACEMENT exhaust system
components, they are covered by a lifetime warranty. Parts only, still
gotta pay the labor. Thats the catch, they must be installed by your
dealer to have the letter of the gaurantee upheld.

Personally, I have replaced each of my mufflers, and my catalytic
converter from a local parts store that sells WALKER brand exhaust
systems. They have a LIFETIME warranty (which I have used once with no
problem et all). I live in Florida where humidity is high and exhaust
systems just don't last many years at a time. (I average 3-4 years)

The Walker brand components are designed to install just like a factory
piece, no welding involved.....they just bolt right on. Price is another
BIG factor. My CAT was only $115 from WALKER, or $780 from AUDI.
Catalytic converters do not carry a lifetime replacement warranty from
AUDI or from WALKER, but it is a 5 year from Walker, 1 year from AUDI.

Rear muffler from walker cost me $127, main muffler was only $107. I
have not had any problems mounting or using Walker components, and the
price has been very easy to handle.

Hope this info helps.
