94 Audi Cabrio

My sister's friend is returning to her home country and has offered to
sell her 94 Cabriolet. It has 27k miles on it and it looks to be in good
shape. She wants $24,000 for it. Is that a good price? And also is the
warranty that is still left transferrable to me?

How are the Cabrio's? I know they aren't the fastest thing off the line. I
think it is even slower than my 93 100S right? 
Are there anything that I can do to make them more driver friendly like
handling, exhaust, and engine mods? Or is it just going to be a
boulevardier. 

And last question. Is there a hardtop available for it also? 

I don't know. It is a pretty nice car. But I am hesitant on paying that
much money for something based on the old 90 platform, when the A4's are
so nice!
