How to keep the dealer honest?

HAudi, all-

It's time for the A4Q to have its first service (7500 miles),
this thursday, and Dad's a bit nervous.

Just wondering if anyone has ever solved this dilemma.
I've got a case of Mobil-1 in the back seat of the car,
and will be asking the dealer to put it into my engine.
Any ideas on ways to improve one's chances that said
oil won't actually get into the mechanic's engine, or
the service manager's, etc?

PS: the only problem I'll be complaining about is the
front suspension rattle over rough pavement.  I know at
least one person has complained of this... anyone else
had this fixed?  I think the person in question said that
it was a defective part in the steering linkage, or something.
