Re: Eliot, what pads do you use?

Do you know or remember, Linus Toy, linust@interramp.com, he has a 91' 200 
TQ which has the converted front brakes(they had the UFO brakes 
originally). I think he is using Porterfields R4S carbon/kevlar compound 
pads for front and rear. I think he'll probably has the part numbers for 
those pads if you are interested in carbon/kevlar pads. I was thinking about 
getting those for my 92' 100 V6 but I ended up buying all OEM Audi stuff 
from Linda, pads and rotors for front and rear. I think the Porterfields 
are around $200 for both front and rear which is not that much more than 
what I paid for the OEM pads even after Linda's expectional prices. I did 
save a bundle in the rotors.
