Well, only the dealer could charge $600 with a straight face.

I'm looking at getting a new radiator for my '89 100Q, and have
done some research. Blaufergnugen sells one for $179 for most
of our cars. Eric Fletcher (STEADIRIC) recommends the Modine
all-brass radiator for about $250. I've seen other aftermarket
units for about the same price range.

Installation is not rocket science, and shouldn't take more than
2 hours (maybe less for a decent shop, maybe more for you if you've
never done it before). Worst case, that adds up to about $350.
