You have possibly already checked but:

1.      Rear Diff Mountings (Bushes)
2.      Rear Drive Shafts
3.      Rear Wheel Hubs (Elongated Lug Nut Holes)
4.      Loose Rear Lug Nuts (I have done it so don't laugh)
5.      Rear Sub-Frame Bushes/Mountings.
6.      Are you sure the Exhaust dousn't bang?  Check the part between
middle and rear silencers where it goes over the sub-frame, it gets very
close to the body.
7.      Rear Propshaft CV Joint
