Re: CLUNK WHEN I SHIFT



This is almost certain to be the left and right rear diff mounting 
 bushes.  I replaced mine a couple of months ago for about GBP20 each.  
 One of the ones I took out didn't look too bad, the other was totally 
 destroyed.  They are really easy to replace.

I didn't replace the large bush at the rear of the rear diff.  Although 
 I bought a replacement bush (not cheap), I found that replacement 
 meant removing the diff and pressing in the bush.  I couldn't see any 
 excess movement at this end of the diff so I left it alone.
