No bonus, just headaches -- His Billness is famous for setting high powered
lawyers on the poor dumb Revenue Enhancement Officer who dares to write him
up for excessive speed.  If the local news reports are to be believed, Bill
usually wins.

Note for the non-techies:  billg and His Billness refer to Bill Gates, CEO
of Microsoft.
