Euro-relays

Thanks to this list, I have obtained some euro headlights for my 87 4kcsq.
I wish to install them before the weather turns here in the great Pacific
Northwet.  However, I do not want to install them without benefit of relays,
to optimize their performance.  

I have been told that PIAA makes a really nice relay kit for these cars.
However, one contact told me they are backordered terminally on these.  How
can I contact PIAA myself to verify this backorder situation?  Is there
another source for a relay kit?   Do the kits come with the necessary H-4
connectors?  Are bulbs extra?  (I suspect so, but am unsure...)
