Re: wax removal

Pat,
  I have used a product called Bumper Black, by The Wax Shoppe.  Yesterday,
I used it on the bumpers of a friend's 87 Goof, 128k miles, recently
purchased, no particular care taken on it.  The Bumper Black went on nicely,
and seemed to darken the previously waxed areas very nicely.  Also did the
mirrors, which turned out pretty nice, too.  I think I ordered this stuff
from Griot's Garage.  With the Bumper Black, and a treatment of Auto Polish
and some wax, the car looks downright respectable, given its low price...HTH!
