Is there flame liability on any list on the net ?

I have been considering a 91 or 92 Coupe Quattro and trying to 
figure out how to finance it.  Maybe the Internet Flame Liability Insurance
Company "IFLIC"  modeled after LLoyd's of London.
Any potential 'names ' out there ?
