Help!! Where is the person who sent me the lens cover

About two months ago, I broke a lens cover on my 86 4KCSQ.  Someone on the list
was nice enough to send me an old one to replace it.  The problem was, that the
secretary opened the mail and threw out the envelope with the return address,
and a system crash has since left me without the persons name.  I am now back in
the country, and would really love being able to send them something for their
trouble.  Thanks to all
