Death of a new car purchase

 I have decided to not buy a new Audi, I am going to continue to fix the   
things that are wrong with my current model and wait at least through the   
winter.  After driving the A6 Quattro Wagon last night, at the Schaumburg   
Audi dealership (one of the most friendly places to do business, and best   
from what I hear) I found the A6 quite uneventful (polite way of saying   
boring).  It was really dissappointing how much the focus of that car has   
changed since the days of the I-5 Turbo.  I drove the V-8 from '92 and   
that was a serious machine, but very pricy.  So I since I am going to be   
putting money into the beast, who was it that was making the "Schrapnel   
Knobben", I would like to add on to my car...

PS: I drove the new Pontiac (gasp!) GranPrix GTP and it was FAST!  I   
suggest swinning down to the local dealer and trying it, good for a   
smile.
