FYI...my '91 200q's guage readings mirror yours.   In fact, the
voltmeter readings go up and down a bit with temperature.  I suspect a
bad ground to the dash, but haven't gone after it, since I think you
need to remove the steering wheel and I don't want to accidently
detonate the airbag. :-)

...of course, maybe those are the correct readings...
