<< The BTCC cars are not that far from stock under the hood. The A4Q (like
all
BTCC cars) is a normally-aspirated 2 litre unit producing just a little over

300bhp. The whole front of the car is an air intake and foam filter - huge
ducting takes the air to the left of the engine and into an oversize inlet
manifold. The head is cross-flow, with two injectors per cylinder
controlled
by separate pumps and separate circuits. There's a lot of telemetry but
very
little electronic control. I think the AWD is electronically controlled,
 though.>>>>
Yes from 80-20 to 20-80 from inside car too.... At 300hp better to put power
to the ground too.... Translate that to a road car, the M3 comes out ahead
tho, at least until someone figgrs on a 300hp A4q, talked to a guy yesterday
that is making a 330hp 1.8turbo for our side of the pond, like the idea, but
I already have a motorcycle engine...... in my motorcycle........ >>>>>>>

What _is_ amazing is that the rear anti-roll bar is an aerofoil section.
 Not
 just oval - which I half-expected - but a real miniature wing.

Where are the mounting points for the bar located, Phil.... Eric F and I
found that the roll center for the rear bar on a 5ktq/200 could very well be
a aerofoil, in fact it could prolly be part of the rear wing, that's how high
the center is..... Trunk room is a prollum tho.... :(
