i'm jealous!!                                                                   
i was in the northeast for a golfing orgy last week and played one round        
at mt washington gc in bretton woods.  the leaves were starting to turn         
and the area is beautiful.  lunch was at the earl of sandwich in lincoln        
(damn good roast beef!)  alas, tee time called and we had no time for the       
kanc.  i must agree with whoever said NH is q country - i saw many.             
(let's see, i remember a nice red 4kq with tinted windows on SB I93 on 9/26     
around noon - was that a q-lister?)                                             
unfortunately, we were in a town car (4 guys with golf bags and luggage -       
no tqw's at the logan rental counter  =8)                                       
i can also recommend dinner in the clement room at the woodstock inn...
