rod at IPC has always been most courteous with me and always has time to shoot  
the sh*t for a coupla minutes before we hang up.                                
someone whose job is to remove money from people's pockets should NEVER be      
too busy to talk to a customer.                                                 
oh, i forgot we were talking about an audi dealership associate - as always     
the audi dealer should be the last resort, even if we're talking discount       
mailorder parts!   =8)                                                          
(sorry to the linda lovers here, but she is just plain wrong to project         
this type of attitude, busy or not)
