I, too, have noticed this happen.  I call, PN in hand in an attempt to make her 
task easier, but occassionally her computers don't take the part number right 
off the bat.  In one instance, the part number finally came up towards the end 
of the call.  Don't know what to say about her recent disposition.  Hey, we all 
have some days that are better than others.  I have received more good service 
from Linda than bad, and sometimes, she can get those parts you really need at 
the better discount price.
