nw wash audi
hi, i spent saturday in wenatchee on business and on my return trip saturday
evening i spotted two other audis headed south about 15 min apart around the
lake chelan area. it was on hwy 97 alt. they were both pearl white and were
the only audis i saw on the trip. mine was the filthy red 5kcdtq. (it rained
on the five hour trip south). a headlight mod must be done to this car. just
outside okanogan wa on the trip down it was dark and raining and i came up
to a semi with no rear lights or reflectors whatsoever. i'm really glad i
have good night vision but even on a dry road 60mph is overdriving these
high beams. fireflies in a jar are better than the lows. the only other
interesting part of the drive was on the return when i caught up to a recent
chrysler whose idea of safety on a two lane mountain descent was to drive it
at 40kph(25mph) and it was a double solid line zone. why do people do this?
how do they pass their driving test? what will they do in snow and ice if
they do this on a dry road?
