The flush-mount door handles are hardly trouble-free ... I've had to repair
two of the four on my '89 200q and I've only had it since February!

The Torsen center diff cannot be locked although the rear open diff can...

The 89.5s came with an airbag ... I had to do a lot of work to adapt my MOMO
Olympic II wheel to fit mine.

The 89.5s also came with the dual-knock sensor MC motor ... it's not as bad
as you suggest.
