Cooper is still USA manufacturer aren't they?

I have Cooper 215R60 allseason's on my 5ktq, anybody have experience
with them in snow? I estimate that 80% tread remains, so I won't be
replacing before winter. I am looking for three original wheels (have
one in trunk) to mount snows on. I will look harder and faster if the
Coopers have given any of you grief.

FYI, the $500 wrinkled tq is coming along pretty well. All the gizmos
are working now with exception of mirror controls and antenna (later,
later...). I have a road speed droning, but loading doesn't change it,
so it may just be tire noise. Need tunes, anybody have the color code
for the head end speaker wires? Also, there is an amp (or something) in
the trunk, I think there was a CD there too in its previous life.
Everything is unplugged or cut off, any guidance would be appreciated.
