You're not the only one.  At least five current listers are posting in
MIME format with pure ASCII content - it's a royal PITA using a DOS
package like the one I use, pressing ENTER three times to recover the
content, and utterly unnecessary.  I've started deleting messages with
"M" flags unread.

(So - John Russell, Nicky Gonzalez, Michael Shields, etc., - if I
 don't reply to your email, it's nothing personal.  It's just that I
 find going through the MIME decoding ritual for a line or two of
 ASCII very frustrating.)

And yes - they _all_ have Microsoft mailer headers.
