That's _exactly_ what it is. For your information, Mike was born in Germany.
What was that about "feeble grasp of the facts"?
For your further information, Mike and I have privately apologised to each
other and would prefer the incident to die.
(Although if anyone wants to continue debating the original point - the effect
of EEC 30 on performance standards within the EC as originally pointed out
by P. VerLoren van Themaat in 1967 and embodied in case law in the /Cassis
de Dijon/ (120/78) decision - feel free.)
