I agree wholeheartedly ... if you're certain that you'll never have reason
to file a claim, then buy the cheapest policy you can find!

On the other hand, if you're also concerned about how well they will serve
you in the event you *DO* submit a claim, then I suggest that you consider
Allstate.  I have had three claims with them in the past two years and, 1)
they handled each promptly and fairly, and 2) despite having to pay almost
$20k in damages, they raised my rates on one car only and then by only 20%
... as much as I'd like to complain, this certainly seems more than fair!
