Nope, archives are for just that purpose.
I was being funny guys.  I understand that everyone has a 
bad day once in a while, but what I noted is that she
was becoming increasingly hostile as if there is nowhere
else for us to go for parts and she's doing us a favor by
selling to us.  It is cheaper there, and convenient, and
I can deal with faxes, but sometimes you need help right
away.  If I had walked into the dealership, would I still
be treated the same way?  I hope not.
Anyway, I will still order from them, but I doubt that I will
ask for Linda as I think the other guys (esp Marty) can do the
same deal.  They were good enough to ship the parts to me for
Sat delivery which was nice.
