Ramps worked well to get under the car for a fuel line change (what a pain in
the #$!) so I think you'll be fine to do the oil change that way. Equal/better
stability than Jack-Stands and you can just [carefully] drive the car up.
I'm not sure if the oil drain plug is logically placed for a nose-up position
on the car or not.. but I guess you'll have to find out!

As for the engine pre-oiler, I have heard of such a contraption and supposedly
it works nicely. I'm not sure if anybody makes one for Audis but perhaps
someone else has this info..
