     It was the humour in Dan's comment I was complementing, rather than the 
     content or accuracy. My experience with Linda is she gives very good 
     prices, but is more often than not painful to deal with, not returning 
     faxes, on hold for 10 minutes before being cut-off etc. Considering the 
     bandwidth she occupies on the list (including this message) Dan's comment 
     seemed rather appropriate.
     
     By the time I pay for duty and shipping I'm usually just as well going to 
     my local Audi dealer and ordering parts. I have a good relationship with 
     the parts guys (I see them so often) and always get about 10% discount. 
     Small parts electrical connectors, nut and bolts etc. they usually just 
     give me with no charge.
     
     I have ordered parts from IPC and would do again, there prices are good the 
     person I spoke with was very helpful he actually knew exactly what parts 
     were needed for an ur-q clutch. It's just a pity they can't get some of the 
     dealer only items, otherwise I'd probably order all parts from them.
