The PKZIP virus must be several hundread years old (computer years)! But
when I saw the new twist that said "...affect modems at 14.4 and higher"
makes me wonder if the originator knows what he/she/it was talking about.
I'd like to know why it wouldn't affect, say, a 2400bps modem? Or should I
be just thankful that I only use 300bps modem and keep my mouth shut?
To this date, I haven't seen one single useful/up-to-date computer virus
warning posted to the q-list. How about just sticking to the q stuff on
the list, huh? Dan, how about filtering out posts that contain "virus" and
"download" to that "unsub" request?
