Differential Lube

Any synthetic lube would be best.  After all, Audi *requires* 
synthetic in the transaxle, which should tell you something.

Synthetics will wick past weak seals more easily than petro-lubes 
will.  However, I think it's worth a shot.  Mobil 1 gear oil may be 
easier to find than Amsoil stuff.
