Well my mom has a 96 Outback 2.5 Auto and that little 2.5l motor has no problems 
with it... Only thing is that switching lanes is a little scarey above 100mi, as 
the rear end sways around a little... Never thought it was so crazy, I've have 
done stupider things ( 85 CJ7 at 65, or a 93 Chevy Astro at 95, Astro's BTW SUCK 
ASS )
