Kanc run question

Audians,
       Sorry to bring this to the general attention of the list. I'll be
traveling from Albany NY to the meeting area just outside of Manchester NH for
the run. I was glancing at the map tonight, and it appears the quickest way to
the meeting area would be to follow Rt.9 across Vermont through most of NH.
Is this the quickest way? Also.. approximately how long of a drive do you folks
think it is? Vermonters/Hampshirites.....?
