Any ideas on the best way to adjust a seat belt that won't want to come down
right away.  MY passengers get a little annoyed sometimes as the seat belt
locks up on em as they try to pull down on it.  I have even tried and
it is too sensitive.  Should I just lube the mechanism retractor up?
