... well, I can tell you that it is a 1983 model Quattro Turbo Coupe.
Audi does have the computerized report system too, but I don't know 
if it was in place back in 1983.  What the hey, go to a dealer and ask!

OTOH, I did hear that AoA was offering information about qtcs to their
owners.  I've been meaning to look into this further myself, but have 
not to date.  I have not heard that anyone else has taken advantage of 
this offer either.  

If this is a car that you own, I'd recommend that you get in touch with
Thompson Smith (thompers@aol.com) or Dave Lawson to talk to them about 
their ur-quattro registries ... they may have some information on this 
particular car as well.
