Hey,

   I found a tech sheet on the water wetter. Here is the summary:

Doubles the wetting adility of water-
improves heat transfer-
reduces cyclinder head temps-
may allow more spark advance for increaced torque-
reduces rust corrision and electrolysis of all metals-
provides long term corrosion protection-
cleans and lubes water pump seals-
prevents foaming-
reduces cavitation corrosion-
complexes with hard water to reduce scale-
