You won't.  It doesn't 'click' at WOT (misnomer - WOT means the upper ca. 40% 
of the quadrant of travel) but it _does_ click at idle.  WOT is 'on' for quite 
a wide range of throttle depressions, not just 'flat to the floor'.

Miles per gallon becomes litres per 100 kms.  Slightly inverted - low being 
'good' in the metric system versus high being 'good' in the imperial system.
