Well I visited the nice website too.  I found an interesting
little click on tool: > SERVICE
                        the shortest route to Audi

So I opened it...its a factory email page labeled;

    AUDI MAIL: Your direct line to Audi

Now who do you suppose would need a thing like that.  I cann't
rember when I was even remotely aggitated enough to say I could
use a tool like this.  Humm. . . wounder what would happen if. . 
'naw never mind.
