Yeah, and I heard that if you run a green marker around the edge it will
also cause it to reflect radar.  C'mon, think about it.  Even assuming
that the camera could be blinded by its flash, the CD would need to
be angled in such a way that the flash reflected back into the lens.
How does your reflector magically get into that alignment?
