Are these "GATSO" revenue makers smart enough to adjust the timing between
clocking the vehicle and taking the picture?  It seems that if you drove
past one fast enough it would miss the picture.  You know, sort of like
trying to take pictures of indy cars travelling in excess of 100mph.
Has anyone on the list gotten one of these tickets?  If so, what is the
image show(Is it zoomed into the back of the car, or does it show the
whole road).  If you knew one of these thingies was coming could you drive
on the wrong side of the road to avoid getting your picture taken?
