The VW engine is a 2.8 liter 15 degree V6 and the Audi motor is a 2.8
liter 90 degree V6. Both are SOHC 12 valvers and both have similar
horsepower and torque specs.  I'm not sure if the VW engine has the
variable path induction system like the Audi though.
