Can't speak about ur-q, but on my 91 200q, they are terrific.  Street 
ride firm but very acceptable; on the track only small amounts of 
lean, with good turn in.  An excellent combination. The combination 
of springs and shocks are well matched and the rear shocks are 
adjustable.  I also have the bushings , which help some.  No 
financial interest; just a satisfied customer. HTH.
