I haven't seen it advertised for a while, but there was a person that
used to advertise In AutoWeek(US mag.) a plastic license plate cover that from
straight on or off to the side was transparent, but from above appeared opaque.
So to the camera on the post there was only a blank license plate frame, but to
"Johnny Law" standing on the side of the road or driving by everything was as
it should be. They were quite expensive, I think they were $64.00US, but I
haven't seen them advertised for a while...maybe they didn't work at all,
possible scam...caveat emptor;-\ Any of you folks know anything more about
these plastic covers??
