Actually its closer to $1500 for the exhaust and $900 for the cat. Makes 
sense, eh? OTOH you can get a GREAT free flowing, awesome sounding REAL 
stainless polished exhaust from cat back for about $800. So I wouldnt let 
that be a big factor if the exhaust is so-so.
