Yes, a first note to announce the plan, then everything
else followed up in email. I mean, if there are 1 or 2 notes,
fine, but any more and it really should be taken to private email.

OK. I would still keep the main list of course, but the sublists
would allow for locals to get together easier. Of course, it
would be more work for me.
